Simple Property App

Project Description

Buy-to-let is an attractive option in the UK, but can be expensive and troublesome when things go wrong. We created an app and website for Simple Property, which is an online property management system for landlords and tenants. The former sign up and can store their entire portfolio and manage costs and revenue at a glance. Tenants can use the app/site to report problems, bypassing letting agents who are often slow and inefficient. Both parties can save time and costs this way, as well as review documentation and contracts on there. We also designed the Simple Property logo.
