The client logs in to the app with their details and password. This brings up a list of phone icons with a system number. The innovation behind this is that it is time-led. For instance, the phone numbers alter as personnel changes, so there is always someone to answer, wherever the company is located. Each customer has a log-in identifier, so NSSE knows which system is being used. This is particularly important where healthcare is concerned.
