NSSE deliver power protection solutions to some of our most vital industries including healthcare, aerospace and telecomms. They also ensure the functioning of UPS systems, in case of power cuts. Failure is not an option, so we came up with an app for them that not only promotes brand awareness, but helps them to respond instantly in case of a problem.
The client logs in to the app with their details and password. This brings up a list of phone icons with a system number. The innovation behind this is that it is time-led. For instance, the phone numbers alter as personnel changes, so there is always someone to answer, wherever the company is located. Each customer has a log-in identifier, so NSSE knows which system is being used. This is particularly important where healthcare is concerned.
The app ensures that the correct number and person are always reached, reassuring NSSE’s blue-chip clients and their customers/patients that they’re in safe hands.
